This was a the book I didn’t know I needed.
I loved it. And I’m even more of a Lenny fan now then before. I didn’t even know that was possible.

(Audiobook) His story is interesting. His voice is captivating. (Also, the book ends just as he launches his solo career).

3 for the book, I bumped it up a star for the audiobook. I wish that the first 3/4 of the book were cut down significantly and the book continued beyond his initial album release from 30 years ago.

Started very well, up to say, 70% of the book, although it fall short up to the years when he became a superstar.
I'm a bit disappointed with all the name-dropping too.
The end is a bit abrupt and through the last couple of (boring) chapters he made sure to milk it so that he would publish a follow up for the post-debut album years.
I never understood why such artists can't put it all in one book.
