Tunde is such an amazing soul & I connected with her story on so many levels. I'm so glad I heard about this and found it on audio. I would definitely recommend as a motivating & inspiring read. I may buy the physical book just to have it :)

Tunde is one of my favorite Peloton instructors and I really enjoyed listening to her audiobook. I was skeptical about what she'd talk about and if there was enough story to tell but she has a ton of insight and has lived through a lot in her years. She's incredibly positive and her attitude is infectious.

As a fitness instructor girlie™️ I loved it. As a Black woman, I loved it. As simply a human who has experienced loss, I loved it.

I very seldom read “self help” books. I just don’t normally find them helpful. However, I love Peloton just about as much as I love reading. They go hand in hand in my self care. And Tunde is one of my favorite instructors so of course I wanted to read her book. I went in with eyes wide open that this book probably wouldn’t impact me but I wanted to hear her story and voice. I expected it to just be another book. Whew! Was I wrong! Her story was phenomenal and it wasn’t preachy. This book came right at the time I needed it. I haven’t been speaking and I’m ready too! Thank you Tunde! I’m inspired!

I normally give books like this 5✨✨ as I believe it takes bravery to share your story. I’ll continue to do this.

I love Tunde and Peloton, so that’s why I originally picked up this book. I didn’t know much about Tunde’s story or background before this. Wow, this book was really great! The meaning that she has found in each thing she has been through in life, and the way she shares those lessons with others is inspiring. She really was made to Speak! I was able to relate or find meaning in each chapter even if I couldn’t relate. I would highly recommend this to others, and to those who are struggling to work through grief, hard times, or hard decisions.

This is another book that really resonated in some parts, and really didn’t in others. The second half of the book was incredibly powerful, and the way Oyeneyin talks about loss and how each loss impacted her is very well done.

After some reflection, changing to 3 stars.

I rarely rate memoirs/autobiographies because it feels weird to rate someones life. That being said, this book made me like Tunde even more (which I didn't think was possible).

As someone who does her rides on Peloton multiple times a week, she has an energy that radiates through a screen and never fails to motivate me to continue pushing through the ride or keep lifting the weights. To learn that she has suffered tragedy throughout her life and is still able to bring the joy that she brings ... it's truly inspiring.

What a beautiful and emotional book! I know Tunde from her Peloton classes, and she’s such a disciplined, motivational instructor. She knows who she is and what she deserves and she tries to remind us that we all deserve the best too. Even if you’ve never taken a Peloton class, give this book a shot. I listened to the audiobook version (read by Tunde), which was fantastic, but I’m probably also going to buy a physical version for when I want to go back and reread certain parts.
