Ļoti skaista grāmata, kas ļoti ātri lasās. Sākumā bija nedaudz grūti saprast grāmatu, jo es vēl nekad nebiju lasījusi lugu angļu valodā.

A solid book format of the movie.
Compared to the movie or a regular book, I do feel a lot of characterization was missing. Mostly because we don’t get a whole lot of description about facial expressions or body language.
Still, it’s fun!

My philosophy is that worrying means you suffer twice.
After the disaster of The Cursed Child, and the occasional wrongdoing from the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them movie, I have to say I really enjoyed reading this. I've always been a little annoyed at Rowling for publishing the screenplay for £17 - she seems to milk Harry Potter for money these days - but that didn't stop me from buying, and reading, it. If you forget about the movie - Johnny Depp, the lack of diversity, and lack of character development - this screenplay is amazing. It has those Harry Potter feels that I felt lacked from the movie.
I love Newt. I'm happy that Rowling decided to create a story for him and his book, even if I do openly wish she left the Potter series alone. But my favourite part of the screenplay, surprisingly, is the much darker story of Credence and his true form. For some reason, it was this which resonated with me the loudest, and it was this which really gave me those Harry Potter feels. Is there a slight hope that he survived? I really hope there is because I'd love to learn more about him, his story, and what will become of him. I'm also really curious about where Grindelwald's story will go, so I guess you could say that I'm excited about the next movie? And if Rowling releases another screenplay for a ridiculous amount of money, which I bet she will, I'll probably buy that too (I can't help it when it comes to anything Harry Potter related, I have a strong emotional attachment to it).
Sidenote: I want my own Niffler. And Frank. And Pickett. Basically all of the magical creatures.
