This book is a hoot and oh so sweet! I love a good laugh and a happily ever after... T.I. delivers!!! A Bleu Streak Christmas is the second title in the Bleu series. I really enjoyed the first but this one knocked my socks off!

I enjoyed it more than I thought I would.
It was a fun, Christmas romance. Not too much Christmas, but a romance that happens quickly over the holiday season. All the characters are so likable, funny and unique. They have their flaws and pasts, but overcome them. I was surprised by the Christian message. Wasn't expecting it, but pleasantly surprised that this book was going to be "clean". And it was clean with just a hint of that rock'n roll naughtiness that comes with the band. But it's just some sweet and loving kisses.
This is your typical Christmas romance. Everything happened in a couple weeks and they had fallen in love. But like they mention in the book, they go on tour together and all that togetherness speeds things up. And they were a little older and knew themselves enough to know what they wanted.
It could've used one more edit. There were a few mistakes. But it didn't bother me too much.

Een luchtig verhaal. In hoog tempo maken we een concerttour mee, kwijlen we bij de aanblik van onze held, kussen we onder de mistletoe of iets wat daarvoor door moet gaan. Kortom: het complete pakket voor een kerstverhaal.
Hoewel het boek erg vermakelijk was, is de setting niet helemaal mijn stijl. Het gebruik van de ik-vorm samen met de tegenwoordige tijd, maakte dat het boek als een sneltreinvaart las, maar tegelijkertijd ook dat ik soms wat tijdsprongen miste.
Dit boek spreekt denk ik ook jongeren erg aan, ik bedoel: band, pranks, bizarre situaties.
Plus de boodschap dat God ons een tweede kans geeft in ons leven. Een inspiratie voor de YA denk ik.
