Would not recommend if you're not mentally stable. Genuinely made me think I wanted to end my own life for a bit, and has given me slight anxious thoughts that all my loved ones are dying. But then again I am on the anxious side of people who question everything. Good book. But it is very slow, and i didn't like the main character.
