I enjoyed most of this series but agreed with many, it seems, that it was dragged out too long. I loved the world, liked most of the characters, even liked the AI stuff until the wacky love triangle (really? 2 guys are going to share one girl and this is going to be fine?). Hated that. Hated the simulation battle and “twist”. Thought the writing was terrible, especially there. Quess sacrifices himself for them and all he gets is “well, there’s no time to mourn!” Ditto Doxy and Eric. The whole post sim ending just seemed tacked on.
Ugh. I was planning to read the Gender game next but now I’m not so sure.

I was getting ready to give up. I cried my eyes out in that book …. Glad I stuck too it. Absolutely loved it despite getting very angry with the book

An amazing end to the series. The book was an exciting ride from start to finish and I couldn't put it down. It's sad to see the end of Liana, Leo and the gang though :-(

I didn’t want the story to end. Although I was slightly disappointed with the ending it turned out very happy.

Argh! It can’t be better over! What an amazing ending for an awesome series. I checked spoiler alert first but will only say that the ending is amazing! It’s a twist you do not see coming, I was floored ! Bella does a great job with this as she did with the Gender Games, loved both series. I’m looking forward to her next series but it’ll be hard to top these last two.

I listened to this book on Audible. I do have to say that I was soo angry and upset for the second half of this book that I almost stopped listening... I just was too emotional with all the things that were happening. I stuck through it and am so glad I did. The ending was better then expected and I’m glad that they wrapped up everyone left alive’s ending completely and left room for another spin off.
