Chase is amazing. Some of the plot points felt out in just to make them in, but didn’t actually matter much. Like, if it was a movie, they’d cut several plot points to shorten it.

I love a good hockey romance. I was caught off guard at the length of this book, it was a bit too long, but it turned out really good! Chase was such a great character and I really liked Bailey. I feel like they were a really good match. I didn’t even realize this book was on Wattpad before! I did sometimes catch myself feeling like the characters were teenagers- mostly during the spicier scenes (maybe because she was inexperienced)- but still, the book was really enjoyable and I liked how the book played out.

This book only took me like a day and a half to read! It was good and was definitely one of my favorite off campus books! I need a chase in my life oh my lord! He’s so sweet and cares so much! 5 out of 5 for sure! For sure one of my favorite books I have read so far for 2023

I love a good college hockey romance and I’m gonna be completely honest in my review. In the beginning I was head over HEELS for this book. The first two acts pulled me in and I was dreading the third act breakup scene. But once we go about 350 pages in and the conflict didn’t arise…I was getting a little impatient. I’m all for a long hockey romance, but I felt like some of the middle stuff could’ve been left out? By the time I got to the third act breakup scene I was just ready to put the book down and be done with it.

Now just because I didn’t enjoy the last part of the book doesn’t mean I hated it. Overall I enjoyed Offside and Chase is a smoke show.
