Sometimes I'm not really sure what Lovecraft is banging on about but whatever this Geezer is raving on about I wish he would do more of it. It is lyrical and the cadence of it is amazing, and it just flows along, with a beauty.
Still don't know what he's banging on about though!

A pretty enjoyable little creepy short. Though the creepy factor was diminished because it kept making me think of a nonsense Tumblr post I saw that said "Lovecraft couldn't sleep at night because what if there was an octopus"

Short and creepy, just as I like it. It isn’t the best Lovecraft’s work, but his nightmares are always nice to read.

A bit like stepping into another person’s dream sequence.

An ethereal dream walk through a moonlit garden beside a nameless sea disintegrates and shatters into a horrific dreamscape where the moonlight reveals the death and decay that is hidden by daylight’s fortress (the false walls and institutions that obscure and distract from the truth of inescapable death).

I could’ve done without the sea worms!

Fragment. A fragment of ICK! The man had a horror of dead, rotting things. (OK, yes, who doesn't? But he liked to dwell on it in great detail.) But, let me see, is that the mountain who walks under there? A precursor, maybe?
