I enjoyed this, the characters, the world building. That ending/resolution was a bit clunky for me though - literally rolled my eyes at one point. But a fun read nonetheless

At times the plot felt like it was resolved too easily, but I sailed through the 700 pages in smiles, tears and the occasional blush. Rich storytelling and world building that made me feel like I was right there with Feyre. Waiting impatiently for the next one to arrive!

This was a great finale to the trilogy. The first part of the book, when Feyre was in the Spring Court was one of my favourite parts of the book. It really helped shape her character into a powerful individual, instead of a dependant female. The only critique I would have of this book was that the plot sometimes became dull at times, as some of the chapters felt very fluffy.

I said to a friend the other day that the only way I’ve found to enjoy this series is to first remove your brain from your head prior to reading, and I stand by that.
I did actually have a lot of fun reading this but Maas’ writing really is a slog. The ‘plot’ seems to come together completely erratically - ie. not with any semblance of reason, but just to contrive a reason for characters to do or say a certain thing. It felt like Maas was just playing make-believe with her OCs 😬
