This book was much much steamier than I expected. I feel like their relationship was definitely not the healthiest, but alot of CH books are similar. Not a bad short novel.

This was just a cute, fun little novella.

Was it necessary? No. Novellas usually aren't. But it was fun to see the evolution of Bridgette and Warren's relationship after getting snippets in Maybe Someday.

This novella was quick but to the point. When reading Maybe Someday, I was curious about Warren and Brigid and I was happy to listen to this novella. Is it the best novella ever? No. Did I like Brigid’s short lived character development? Yeah. I wish their characters could’ve been a little more fleshed out as I would’ve been super interested to have a book with chapters in Brigid’s POV. I also enjoyed having Sydney come in a few scenes and the overlap that it has with Maybe Someday. Overall it was enjoyable and the perfect quick read (or listen like I did).
