Good, but too short. I think there was enough to make this a good deal longer, perhaps a full-length novel. The Dark Angels characters were quite uniform (which sort of makes sense, actually), and the Traitor Astartes and Cultists were really interesting.
Recommended for people who have bought the Dark Vengeance game box-set, and perhaps those who are interested in checking it out, but I'm not sure this is the best read for a complete newbie.
