This is a sweet retelling of a very small sliver of the Steven Universe story, with a cute gimmick.

I'm a huge Steven Universe fan so I can't help myself. The art in this book is cute and beautiful and it makes use of the physical medium of the book to tell a story in a way that might be the perfect "baby's first metaphor" that a child picking up this book would understand.

Just a beautiful tale. A way to empower a kid, to tell them they have the right to tell their story and identity. They are who they are, no matter what adults may say, no matter what their parents were.

Väldigt fin och rörande, och tyckte om det kreativa sättet boken var utformad på. Förlorar än stjärna pga att jag tyckte den kunde ha varit lite längre.
