Mariana Zapata is a new author for me and I loved this just like I loved the Wall of Winnipeg and me. The chemistry is great, the writing even better, and I'm going to be working through her books all month.

While it's talked about that it's just the characters giving each other shit, I didn't like the comments that were borderline fat shaming. I chose to look past it in hopes it would improve, and it did. But if you are sensitive to any comments regarding weight, I probably wouldn't recommend the book, especially considering one of the nicknames reminds me of this every time.

Hot slow burn, I love all Mariana Zapata's books, her romance is slow but it keeps you on the edge. This book was a bit like Cutting Edge, with Ice Castles, and just the perfect type of hot book boyfriend in between. The audiobook is very well narrated and I do recommend it.

This is not a perfect book. But when a book is 500 pages and I keep wishing it won’t end so I can spend more time with the characters and watch them kick ass at pairs figure skating? 5 stars. Also, it’s a duet audiobook which is just such a lovely touch.
