**ARC Review**

I keep falling more in love with Tristan and Tessa. I loved seeing them spend more time together and getting to know one another again. They have amazing chemistry and still have feelings for each other even after all this time they have spent apart. I love that they start to open up to each other about their past and current troubles in their lives. I was excited that Tristan took a stand to get his life back and actually go after what he wants. Tessa and Tristan have moved to the top of my favorite couples from Lisa. These two still have plenty to confess to each other and I am anticipating where their journey takes them in the next in the story.

Overall a nice read, I found it a bit slower and not super thrilling but I think it's always the case for the second installment. We need to establish characters and dive a bit deeper in their story/background before the story can develop further...
Can't wait to read what happens in the next one.

The tension building in this one is THICK! We finally get to see Tristan and Tessa’s connection as they both start spending time together. We finally get to the crux of their current life situation and I can’t WAIT to find out how they over come it and their past to become of ultimate power couple to rival with our other aces. Tristan and Tessa are quickly becoming my favorite aces. I’m not sure if it’s the angst and slow burn or surprise pregnancy trope or what but this one might be my favorite.

Tessa and Tristian are back in the hometown, both staying next door to each other with their families. After seven years, this is their chance to finally reconnect. However, there is a lot of secrets from their pasts and present that is still between them and secrets that could change so much between them.

I loved seeing Tessa and Tristian reconnect with each other. There is still so much chemistry between them. Their connection is so strong and the love they have for each other is still there. However, they have so much they need to work through.

I can’t wait to see how things go with Tessa and Tristian, especially after the bombshell that was dropped at the end of this story. I’m sure it will be an emotional ride.

If you’re looking for a second chance, sports romance this is one to check out.

I was given a copy of eARC copy of this book from the author for an honest review.

OH. EM. GEE. I love Tristan and Tessa. I love Tristan's attempts to get closer to Tessa, and I love Tessa's conviction to not get involved with a married man. Back in their childhood bedrooms, meeting in their windows every night to talk, Tristan and Tessa start to fall back into their feelings - but both have secrets. Their chemistry is sooooo there, all the angst and drama will be worth it. I know Lisa Suzanne won't let me down.

When Tristan visits his old high school, he gets an idea that Tessa can help him make a reality, and, well, it gives them a reason to hang out. Can they keep their secrets and grow closer? Not a chance. They both know they must fess up before they can go any further. Tristan soon hits his breaking point and heads back to Vegas to meet Savannah head-on. And he plummets off the rollercoaster of their marriage, intent on making things right with Tessa. But when all is said and done, will Tessa's secret tear them apart? The last line of this one punched me in the gut. That one sentence is going to lead to so much more, and I know it's gonna be a doozy.

The emotions of their past fuel their desire for each other, and I can't wait to see how this plays out! Jack and Kia are my all-time favorite Aces couple, but I can honestly say Tristan and Tessa are gonna hold a special place in my heart. I can't wait for book 3!

Gosh this series has been tugging on my heart strings! Tristan and Tessa are unexpectedly and surprisingly both in their home town of Fallon Ridge at the same time. This is the perfect opportunity to reconnect; however, their current life status is challenging to being anything more. With Tess pass relationship and role models has been in a negative light and swaying her views on relationships while Tristan still married to the that terrible wife of his; anything more will have to stay at a stand still. Although they maybe opening up more and more to each other there are secrets that are still be left unsaid that can either make or break their growing friendship.

There were moments that had me hoping for a push that had me feeling that things can be in their favor but until truths come out people will continue to investigate. Its inevitable when Tristan is an NFL player and his life will always be in the spotlight. Just when we are seeing progress we get that jaw dropping reveal that will have you itching for more stat!

This is book 2 in Tristan and Tessa’s story. In book 1, we found out about Tessa’s relationship with her co-worker that she was not aware was married. Her unexpected pregnancy and the confession from the baby’s father that he wants nothing to do with them brings her back to her hometown. As fate would have it, Tristan is spending the off-season back home with his parents.

I absolutely adore this couple. The still have some secrets that are separating each other (big ones that could possibly mean the end for what they’re trying to rebuild), but I am rooting so hard for them. This story is beautiful and emotional in the best way! I am on pins and needles for the next book in this series!
