Probably one of the most disturbing books I have ever read. Parts of this book made me cringe and actually put the book down.

I will definitely read more by this author!

This book was so disturbingly good. At first, you're like "Well he's ok, as far as kidnappers go." That is until you're introduced to the basement and s*** hits the fan in a big way. The things he did were horrifying, so much so that you want to look away while reading. There was definitely a lot of cringing and gasping on my part. But you keep reading because you want to know if Nicole escapes and how or if she doesn't make it out of the psycho's clutches. The only thing lacking for me was the ending. It just kinda skipped a lot and left you there.

Just not my cup of tea. I enjoy suspenseful stories but this was just too much for me. Too graphic and very creepy.

I understand that this book was meant to be disturbing, but I wasn't expecting the extremely disturbing scenes to stick with me. If I could go back and not read this, I would.
