Very fun. I think this is a great book for the demographic they are appealing to.

Working my way through the random books the state library sent me. This was cute.

Cute story, including some puns that young readers might not understand. I believe I saw this recommendation from some librarians sharing funny books for students.

Chapter books has always been my weakest spot when it comes to kidlit so I’m trying to read more in that area. This was really cute and wholesome. An easy recommendation.

Cute and funny! Three creatures form an unlikely friendship: a foolhardy pea determined to go beyond the fence where no pea has gone before, a bee with a secret, and a bluejay who is a different sort of bird (in more ways than one).

This is a cute and funny easy graphic novel about a trio of weirdos who find each other after a storm and become fast friends. It's silly with gentle humor and I'd hand it to fans of Baloney and Friends or Jelly & Narwhal.

Reads pretty young. Maybe good for grades 3-5
