Such a beautiful book ! I think that I finally found a book that it's closer to real life. Loved it! There were things I certainly not expected , but i just couldn't put it down. Theo, you amazing man ! You are my hero !

There is a twist 75% of the way through this book that gives the whole story a complete tonal shift, and which is both infuriating and insulting, especially as someone who suffers from mental illness. I want nothing more to do with it.

I AM SHOOK. This book was amazing, and I know I say that a lot but this book really was amazing. I don't even know why I'm surprised because JJ has not failed me yet, but this is the first "contemporary romance" by her that I've read and I need more.
I honestly never expected either of those big twists to happen, which was dumb because there were still 100 pages to go when I was wondering where the hell this book was going to go. And do you know where it went? It went to stab me right in the feels that's where it went.

This book was not perfect (few books are), but it had too many wtf moments for me to settle on just 4 stars! First McAvoy book, but definitely not my last!
P.S. Arty gets a book, right?!!!

THIS WAS BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!! Felicity and Theodore click right off the bat. Theodore is entranced with Felicity's music and dances, while Felicity adores Theodore for his caring and supportive nature. Some books show only one side of human nature and creating a multi-faceted character is difficult, but J.J. McAvoy has accomplished this wonderfully. She has shown through her characters how people are both unkind yet gracious.

Really good story.. Twists you don't see coming.. There is a part with Arty in the end that I don't understand??? I guess I am not reading between the lines.. I would give this 5 stars but it needs some editing.. so many mistakes..

Didn't expect to like this as much as I did., and was truly surprised by the twist towards the end. Has a bit too much 50 Shades flavor but it's saved by much better writing. Feels like it wants to be a trilogy.
