Alright now this one? This one went hard. Can't give it a five because I hate a baby epilogue but that's ok

This book was really aggravating for a good portion of it! It ended on a really high note and I’m glad I stuck it out but good Lord, Declan was irking my last nerve! I didn’t love how much emphasis Iris found with the smallest things like getting Declan to simply smile. Overall the story was really cute and sweet. I’m glad I picked it back up and gave it a second chance!

i loved this so much.
iris and declan felt realistic, their banter was actually so funny and their word games were adorable.

this is supposedly a grumpy x sunshine trope but i never felt iris was overbearingly nice (unlike zahra in TFP) she was actually more relatable, and from declan it was defo the ‘i hate everyone else in the world but you’ vibes.

It was an easy romance story to read but I wasn't anything mind-blowing in my opinion

After reading The Fine Print, this was a let down. The chemistry was sketchy at best and I didn’t feel as invested as with Rowan and Zahra. In fact, there were too many red flags for me to be able to enjoy the book. A lukewarm sequel.
