I have a lot of mix feelings about this book. First of all, I've been skeptical about reading this because I tried to read "Funny Feelings" a few months ago and I just couldn't do it. The first few chapters of funny feelings were a literal torture but I ended up giving this book a change and it was a little better.

The first 30% of this was was so slow and that usually doesn't bother me because I LOVE slow-burns. But it is so hard to love a book when the FMC is this annoying. I don't know what it was about LaRynn but she got on my nerves (Same thing happened to me with the FMC of FF). LaRynn behavior was so juvenile that at some points I just wanted to immerse myself in the story and have a little chat with her (Can you imagine?
