One Pucked Up Pack was honestly better than I thought it would be!

I knew that this was omegaverse going into it, but I think I was expecting more hockey and less omv. It was definitely beginner friendly, and did a decent job of explaining all of the trope hallmarks.

Read this book if you love
- Why choose/reverse harem
- Omegaverse
- Hockey romance
- Second chance romance

This book has a lot of time skips, especially around the 50% mark and in the epilogues. I found that I wanted more character time that was skipped over, but I also don’t think the book needed to be longer.

The one thing that I really didn’t enjoy was the lack of healthy communication around the conflict. I definitely found some of the resolution to be annoying because the blame and guilt gets shifted to people in the relationship who I don’t think deserve it, and other people get forgiven a bit too quickly or have their actions brushed off.

I’ll probably read the second book. 3 stars.

this book couldve easily been a 5 if it wasnt for miss fmc and her dumbass decisions

like… i get that they didnt answer the phone and that something important had happened to the fmc and she needed them, but she didnt give them a CHANCE TO EXPLAIIIIN LIKE CMOOON

she gets SUUUUPER whiny and so irritating, like the author WANTED me to hate her after having such a cute beginning!!! which is why i hate the direction this book took 😭

and also! its their dream to play hockey… like u cant expect for them to ALL be in agreement to give it up FOR YOU, DONT B A SELFISH BTCH FFS

this is a more insta love on almost all the mc’s part, except one who’s always stubborn and doesnt accept it at first

the book starts out GREAT and them it takes a plummet lmao… i finished it bc i wanted to read book 2 and didnt want to DNF it after being 60% ALREADY

but yeah, if youre into fmcs making horrible mistakes and STEALING DIARIES THAT WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE READ BY HER then go ahead

she just did too many stupid things for me to be ok with this book

Okay, so I started this because I thought this would make me really unhappy. It didn't. It was fucking cute and sweet and adorable.
The blurb makes it seem like the breakup is a huge part of the book which it really isn't - so don't start the book if that's what you want. There also wasn't that much groveling because the guys didn't really do much wrong.

My favorite book of February! I could not put this one down, and since it's a newer release, I have yet to really see that much about it. This is an omegaverse book, I've never read a book with that in it, and I didn't even know what that meant. But at the beginning of the book, there is a short explanation of what it is and how Blue uses it in her book. But I wanted to read the book because of the reverse harem element; it was so good in this one! I loved how Charlotte's story went. I also really loved the hockey element because I've never read a hockey romance before. This one deals with a lot of heavy things because Charlotte has older parents. One was gone before this book happened. The other has a lot of health issues, so she is always worried about her mom. We have the whole omega thing going on, and it was crazy and opened up a whole new world for me. Then we the alphas. I loved how different they all were. So we have one that's all happy and lovey-dovey and wants to be that way, but he wasn't raised in this life, so this is all new. It was adorable, and then we have the stubborn one who is determined to fight their feelings and stay away from her because he wants to focus on his dream of playing professionally, which is all three of their goals is to play professionally. It got super intense, and I could not put the book down. Plus, Charlotte has a Newfie! A book can never go wrong with a Newfoundland in it! I have two, and I love them so much; they are just the best! I need the next book ASAP! The next book is going to be focused on Charlotte's best friend, who is an alpha herself, so it's going to be interesting to see her story play out. I hope we get to see Charlotte and the boys some. This book set up her story some, and it sounds like it will be so much fun!
