This book was more or less a poor man versions of Deep Work by Cal Newport...do yourself a favor...skip this book and read that one instead.

Basically in the second half of the book the author brags about taking a bunch of research and making it a book. It is more or less a book report based on a bunch of research done. Throughout most of the book the author brags about how much work he can do when he uses his method, and references studies without explaining where they came from.

This a nice, short book discussing both the theory and practice behind attention and productivity (which Bailey describes in more of an intentional sense, and less of a corporate sense). The book discusses the important point that managing energy and attention is more important than managing time, something that I've realized myself too.
