I loved this book. I think it was better than the first one. I really liked how all of the relationships in the series have developed. I hope there is a third book where Simon and Amelia finally get together.
I also like that these two books, while in a series, can be read separately and I don’t think you’d be missing anything too important.

This was such a fun read.
Even without reading book 1, it didn’t cause any issues.
I really enjoyed the characters. They were well written and well rounded. No one was boring or flat.
The mystery itself was good. Didn’t expect a few things.

These are just fun little mysteries to pass the time. I listened to the audiobook for both the first and second books. There wasn’t anything that really stood out to me but there wasn’t anything I necessarily didn’t like about them either so I think I’d give it a 3 or 3.5⭐️ rating.
