Jack has always been a loner. Attachment is forbidden for him but when Claire is dragged into his world he has to protect her from the demons after her. As a human she truly is no threat to them, so why are they pursuing her? As they work together to figure out why she’s their target, their friendship grows into something passionate and more than either could ever imagine. Only problem? As a Seven he can never be with Claire cuz she’s not a witch or from any part of his world. Will they be able to make it work or will the demons tear them apart? And what bigger plot is at play here?

Such a sweet story of forbidden love and forgiveness and healing yourself to be there for someone else. Loved it!!
