No, this was not good and I feel zero guilt expressing that. I saw the potential at the beginning, I thought this may have more depth than the cover and synopsis suggested…spoiler alert: it did not. This book was pure garbage. None of the characters were remotely likeable. The story was awfully thought out and written. None of it made any sense. Simone especially was a piece of work, I honestly hated her so much. She raved on and on with her self righteousness and yet she was just as hypocritical, judgemental and closed minded as everyone else. Ugh. This book was just one big flop.

Nymph Island is a magical place and finally Simone gets her chance at HEA. The Summer Sisters are great and it is nice to see how they are all getting on with their loves. This is a great series.

It's a cute story, but I didn't really connect with either the heroine or the hero, so it was hard to get super invested in their romance.

Not gonna lie, I was pissed at Simone during and after the Christmas morning scene. I haven’t read any of the other books in this series yet so I don’t know if this is how she usually is or not but I was not a fan.
I was glad she figured out her relationship with her father was the source of her issues but she really didn’t have to be so mean to Josh — who by the way, was practically perfect the whole book.
Also, that letter to Santa was hilarious and so cute.
