Gin and Dale are a tangled hot mess of passion and love wrapped into unfortunate circumstances and misguided anger. Wanting love, feeling loved and knowing you’re loved are the bones of this book. The push and pull keeps you wanting to know if/when they’ll get their acts together. Their friendship is one most would love to build on and makes you envious and root for their success. Good read overall and looking forward to what’s next!

Kneel Down was another truly brilliant collaboration between Chelle Bliss and Eden Butler. That was not only fast paced and enthralling. But packed full of emotion, heat and great characters. And I honestly couldn't put it down.

Knowing he would see Gin at the wedding party reception, he was surprised she looked so different and she wasn’t alone. Finally, able to see her by herself he knows what he did wrong, but it was the anaesthetic from the surgery and he needs to explain.
Gin wanted to hate Dale and agreed to meet him, he lets her know he missed her and everything is wrong without her there, then she grabs his phone that keeps ringing and she’s his ex-wife’s name and knows she’s still around and she’s done with Dale.
Dale knows that he’s time is running out and with their last conversation, him kissing her and her storming away, he knows he that if he doesn’t do something, she’ll end up with someone else. He didn’t fight for her before, but he didn’t get to explain he lost his memory and he lost her, but he’s going to fight for her now, but will she walk away again or give him a chance.

This is the third book in the series. We finally get Dale and Gins story. It was actually a very romantic story in that we got to see flashbacks of their journey from friends to lovers. They are a great couple and the obstacles and misunderstandings are not contrived but rather the whole story felt organic. I thoroughly enjoyed their romance.

An angsty romance that'll have you fighting for a second chance at love. The story starts out with an intense action scene, followed by all the drama you can handle. Gin and Dale won my heart with their amazing journey.

Gin Sullivan knows how to handle herself and she knows what she wants. Dale Hunter looks for the answer to his trouble on the inside of a bottle. I know that this was listed as a standalone but you may find yourself wondering about some of the secondary characters that you meet. And especially after you find out about their current profession. The good news there are only two previous books if you need to catch up.

I know she doesn’t mean to but Gin seems to know just the right thing to poke the beast. Then our authors created another beast poker. After all, the beast needed a little incentive. That just may be your page-turner moment. Mine came it little bit before that especially because Dale seems to be totally oblivious to what is staring at him in the face.

I continue to love how these authors write together. You cannot tell, or at least I can’t, which author writes what. This makes everything run smoothly. It also makes it hard to take my eyes off the page. They also stayed true to the characters because they created the perfect ending for our couple. Then I did a happy dance because we’ve got a book four coming – can’t wait.

I was not compensated nor was I required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own.
