I really enjoyed this novel. The movie adaptation has been a favorite of mine since I was a child. I do believe I prefer the movie, but this novel was beautiful. I loved the strength that Novalee had and Sister Husband is everything! I am glad I finally read this. The pace was perfect and I liked seeing what was happening with Willy Jack.
