Partners in Crime is a collection of shorter stories featuring Tommy and Tuppence, now as a married, somewhat bored couple. They agree to take over a detective agency to expose a gang and over the course of the long running operation they solve smaller crimes. Agatha Christie makes Tommy and Tuppence fans of great literary detectives as they imitate and pay tribute to the likes of Sherlock Holmes and Hercules Poirot. Some of the short stories were better than the rest, but overall, it was again very much fun.

This book doesn’t dig too deep, but that’s part of its charm. It’s lighthearted and a little silly, and I love it mostly for Tommy and Tuppence. Their interactions as a couple are just adorable and so fun to read!

This was really fun with lots of references to other detectives. Some of the ideas don't hold up and/or never should've existed, in classic Christie style.

I think this is the first Tommy and Tuppence book I actually like. it's obvious that Christie had reached an advanced level of maturity in this book and had therefore engaged in what seemed as a 'detective writer's excercises ' where the character is given an extra layer by performing other detectives
