Hard to really rate this book. It was interesting though. It is definitely not for people who are easily offended. Disgusting.

So this is a really bad book but is so simple and highly readable that I went ahead and finished it quickly just to see where the story went, so I guess two stars instead of one. It's comically profane and probably is really trying to do a lot of shock stuff with one of the characters and where the plot goes, but it really just comes across as really silly. A lot of the college/frat/sorority stuff might ring very true, and the attitudes behind the characters feel vaguely honest as well. I laughed a lot and shared a lot with my wife while reading just because of how ridiculous it is, kind of like a novel version of The Room in the so-bad-it's-good way.

Do I suck at being a girl if I identified more with Kyle than Heather at the end of the book?

Fans (like me) of Kultgen's fist book, the Average American Male, are going to be sorely disappointed with this book. Depressing as hell, with unlikeable characters. Boooo.

I really liked this. It was quite explicit, which took a bit of getting used to, but it definitely added to the characters.

I went into this book not knowing a thing, and without any expectations. At first I was drawn in with the anticipation of what could possibly happen in the end, but near page 200 I realized it seemed the book was merely an excuse to talk about as many "extreme" sexual acts that could degrade women as possible. I appreciated the authors ability to create such horrific people, but at the end of day it was a mostly dissapointing venture.
