Really liked this novel-good spice level, medium to low stakes, quick read! Loved the modern setting, the characters were a lot of fun. I do think some of the heavier subject matter was a little clunky but not mis-handled.

Too much filler and not enough plot to balance well. But also a new plot point hitting every few chapters with minimal resolution. We never got more info on Aaron’s actions. Half of the storyline in the book description didn’t happen until 50% in, which is bizarre. 

Started off well but ended up being a rage finish to be able to stop reading the book.

I expected a lot from this book because of the hype around it and maybe that was the reason I was so disappointed. For me, it was meh.

The characters were too perfect in a way that they got boring and the book was too long in my opinion. I don’t mind a hefty book if it has enough plot, but this was too much just them thinking about how much they loved each other and then thinking it again on the next page. I kept asking myself “didn’t I just read this?”

UH-MAZ-ING. Absolute 10/10. So cute. So wholesome (and not so wholesome ;)). Before I read this book I heard such mixed reviews and I don’t know why. I loved absolutely every moment of it. Even the (very few, and when I say very few, I mean like literally 2 that I can think of MAYBE 3 but I think just 2) cheesy scenes. SO INCREDIBLE.

Leider etwas langweilig und zu wenig Plot. Der Eiskunstlauf und Eishockey Teil des Buches ist leider gering,selbst für eine Romanze. Hätte mir dort mehr Detail erhofft. Teilweise war der Leser nicht einmal anwesend bei den Eislauf-Wettbewerben. Und als kleine Warnung für Menschen die nicht so gerne Sexszenen lesen - hier sind seeeeehr viele. Für meinen Geschmack zu viele,aber das ist ja bei jedem anders. Für alle die das lieben - Yay! Gönnt euch. Ist sehr viel Fluff und Wöhlfühl-Szenen mit Charakteren die auch sehr auf Wunschdenken basieren.
Gut um der realen Welt zu entkommen.
Allerdings wurde es etwas lahm ab der Hälfte, der Anfang war ganz ok.
Alles in allen - Müsst ihr wissen.

This book was really good!
I love the characters, and Nate sent me into an identity crisis (converted me from loving dark, brooding princes into loving golden retriever characters)

the only reason this book didn’t get five stars was because of the pregnancy trope. *sighs* this book was going so well until that happened at the end

 
I’m not typically a sports romance girl, but this book was giving everything
Tbh this book is already a comfort book - it just gives the feeing of being so loved.
