Yaguchi in coveralls ~OOOF~ has officially convinced me to get coveralls for when I paint.

My favourite friendshipppp YaguRi resurrected my hidden-within kawaii, loving, nurturing, wholesome self. They spread the love, how I spread sprinkles on fairy bread: lovingly. When Mori wanted to exchange a drawing w him, but he wanted to wait until her grad to do so, SO CUTE. They were tearing up, I was tearing up, I'm sure heartless Takahashi was too.

Yaguchi trying to show his mum how important art is to him by drawing her. My internal tears were constant. He's such a sweetie, I rlly wanted to punch up Takahashi YOU KNOW WHEN.

Okay, Hashida. Daddy? Sorry. Daddy? Sorry... not sure what he uses them LONG braids for

**Reread in 2023, still great, immediately started vol 3**

I love this series.

We have a protagonist who starts so low in the ranking of his fellow art students, and works so hard, that each revelation, progression, or learned skill feels incredibly rewarding.

Blue Period not only makes you cheer for the protagonist, but also view his progression as something achievable.

I am really enjoying seeing the supporting cast of characters fleshed out.

Great slice of life stuff so far!
