Normally I'm not a nature poetry person, but something about Beachy Head was incredibly captivating, even though the hermit dies. Nothing like a dead hermit to cement your attachment to a landscape poem. Aside from that, the poem also reminded me of Tinturn Abbey, with the whole "oh, what I once was! How I once felt in these, my old haunts!" sentiment.
