First of all- it was a book where two thirty year old men continuously fought over a thirteen year old girl. Second of all that nurse is very possibly the worse character in all of the books I will ever read. Lastly, I gave it near 4 stars mainly because (minus the age gap) their love was well written, and the feuding families were very fun to read.

While I was annoyed at some of the characters rashness, I found the story really compelling
