I think that critically these books aren’t very good. But sometimes this series was fun to read (mainly to make fun of). And yeah, I like the aesthetic of Washington more than I liked the actual plot of the book. Does anyone have any recommendations for good books set in Washington?

This book was super slow and I had a really hard time getting through it. The writing style just didn't make it easy to read. The romance is cute, but kinda basic. Honestly, it was almost predictable. The last few chapters were the best part because they had a little action, but it took me way to long to get there.

I don't know how to rate these anymore...
In book 1 and 2 it was mainly Bella who was absolute bananas. This whole book is a complete madhouse. And frankly I myself feel like I'm going slightly crazy.
Anyhow. I was quite disappointed at the ending.
Spoiler It felt like a lot of buildup for little to no climax. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad it had a happy ending. I think the Cullen family deserves all the happiness in the world, so you won't hear me complain about that part. But a couple of fights, some people getting hurt wouldn't have been so bad? I'm sure some heart wrenching moments could've fit somewhere in there
I'm glad I read the whole series, because oooh boy, what a crazy ride. All there's left to do is read 'Midnight Sun' and reread the first book again (which is, in my humble opinion, the best book in the series).
