Didn't really get good until the last 50 pages.

I really liked the twist of the book. The pacing was a bit slow at times but it was overall really good

Pretty good. Thoroughly enjoyed the unreliable narrator and loved how I felt suspicious of numerous people. I did feel like the last bit was kind of jumbled together?

Didn’t find any of the characters likable, none of them. Especially with Valerie and her past, and how Hudson was treated. The outcome kept me on my toes (both of them)!

When I saw that a favorite author of mine (Ashley Winstead) read and rated this book 5 stars, and wrote the front cover endorsement, I knew I had to read it. I was lucky to receive this book on NetGalley and it was an instant attention-grabber. 10/10 recommend! It is OUT NOW so go grab it, gift it, and tell me all of your theories!!

They made me think I was smart enough to figure out the killer in advance only to slap me on the face and remind me I'm dumb again. I did enjoy it although it wasn't anything crazy by any means. A chill read that was fun but not edge of my seat suspenseful

As an audiobook, I hated the flashbacks in the middle of the chapter with what it felt like, no clear transition.

It’s a good book, pretty predictable if thrillers are your thing.

I wouldn’t tell someone not to read the book, but I also won’t be going out of my way recommending it.

PS the dog is fine throughout the book and isn’t harmed. I stressed about him the entire time.

Lots of twists and turns in this fast paced, quick read
