Gotta be honest , i was not a fan of this, started really well with Musashi introspective about himself and being a scaredy cat to overcoming that fear , but then it was all just panels upon panels of staredown . Not to mention a lot of things said felt jagron (must be poor translation). It's not a bad book , but it's definitely a drop in standards in terms of how this season has progressed so far

So, apparently, in feudal Japan staring contests are already a trend. Kidding! I love Musashi's character development here!! This volume is freaking awesome. AND HEAVEN AND EARTH IS FRICKEN LIT AF

Most of this volume was spent on Mushashi and Inshun staring at each other, AND IT WAS FUCKING AWESOME!!

This is a masterwork of storytelling and visual art, and I can't fucking wait to find out how this fight ends.
