This is an amazing book and definitely recommended!
This is my most anticipated book of May 2023 and I was so glad BOTM selected it as add-on. The cover and name are just beautiful and an instant intriguing to me. The writing is flawless. The characters are nice. I love England setting as well.
The only reason why I rated this 4 ⭐️ is because the first 60% of the book seems a bit dragged for me. Nothing really happened there because it needs to build up the past and the tragedy of wars, which I understood but a trade off is that it feels long and not engaging as it should be. The last 30% is great. The plot-twist is great, can be predicted but hard to. I also love how the author tells a little bit aftermath and not just ended the book when the plot twist finishes.
