This is not a typical book I would read but I did have fun with it. I listened to this on audiobook and enjoyed the narrators very much. I liked the alternating perspectives between Hazel and Josh. Thus story was cute and corny but in the best ways.

I unexpectedly loved this. Parts were a little painful though, because they hit really close to home...because I AM Hazel. I have never read a book character so much like me in my life. I totally totally get Hazel, as I know what it's like to be too "Amber-y" like when she calls herself too Hazel-y. The feels! It gives me hope I'm not totally doomed to be alone forever.

It doesn't help that once I found out Josh was Korean I kept picturing him as Detective Hot Cop (aka Mun) from Sense8, which made the whole thing even better.

This book was pure goofy fun! I haven’t laughed out loud as much as I did from a book in awhile (I’m pretty sure I snort laughed a few times lol!) I love every Christina Lauren book - they are all so different and amazing in their own way! 10/10 recommend!
