Not quite the thriller it claims to be
There were a few bits of excitement, and the central puzzle was historically interesting. But the delivery was quite dull, the characters lacked personality, and unless there were guns going off the book was plain boring.

An intriguing premise, and overall a good read. A bit like reading a thriller movie, I am guessing subject matter is the only thing that has kept this book from being optioned for a movie.
