good sequel. made me look for the third one, but it's not been written yet. apparently they are turning these into graphic novels.

I finished this over the weekend but I'm just getting to the review. This book was just as good as Hollowland. I'm a huge romance fan so when Lazlo failed to make an appearance in this book I was a little bummed. But as I got further into the story I loved how Amanda Hocking made it so realistic-well as realistic as a book about Zombie's can be. If you get separated from your boyfriend in a post-apocalyptic zombie ridden world chances are high you won't be seeing him again.
There were a lot more personal deaths in this one then in the first one. Some really good characters were killed, but again it ties in with the realistic aspect and I liked that. All in all a great Zombie book, I'm excited to get my hands on the third book and finish the series.

continuing the saga with Remy and her zombies, her little brother Max & Ripley - her lion. or was it a tiger.
anyway, there was some adventure, more gross zombies and a whole new cast of characters (because - people are always dying from being bitten so you always have new people coming and going! )
it's an okay book two, with some entertainment - but it's just that. entertainment, and I do like my zombie books!

I absolutely loved the follow up to Hollowland. It was gory and brutal and emotional. Everything a good zombie apocalypse novel should be. I loved it and it was left wide open for a third installment, which I hope there is. :)

Remy (the main character from the previous book) continues her quest for surviving the zombies.
