I've read everything Sedaris has ever written, most of it more than once. I will continue to read everything he writes, because he's just that good. Also, even when I don't like something he's written, I still respect the effort. I also respect the author. I've seen him live three times and hope to do so again someday.
Ultimately, the musical interludes aren't Sedaris's fault. My only regret is that "Big Boy" isn't in this collection.
