not really a fan of insta-love and one night stands anymore, it doesn't satisfy me as much and so far it felt like every single other sports romance MMC and FMC character i've ever read, idk nothing unique and i can see a third act miscommunication break up a mile away and im not bothered for that

I was instantly drawn to the idea of the hot famous football player dating a single mother. Who wouldn't be? I found this book was one of those reads where it's more of a time filler. Nothing original but an easy read, not a lot of substance to it.

Fun read. I liked the characters. I got tired of them solving all of their problems with sex.

Leí este libro hace tiempo y no recordaba mucho de él. No soporto a Tara pero Mick es bastante pasable, es un libro "meh".

Usually, I would forgo doing chores in favor of reading a book so I can finish it in one sitting - if it's good. I just need to know what happens next and how it ends and all that. But with this book, maaan, I needed to take a few breaks from reading. It's that bad. The only reason I finished it is because I did not want another DNF. It was a struggle though.

So Mick is this number one NFL quarterback who meets Tara at a team event that she planned (it's her job). It was supposed to be just a one-time thing, but Mick tracked her down.

I hate Tara. Mick is, okay-ish. The sexy times are cringy (I just skimmed through them because they did not look appealing at all). The plot is predictable - a single mom with a teenage son afraid to commit blah blah.

If you want to waste your time, you're very much welcome to read it. I would not recommend it though.

I forgot how many sexy-times there were in this book. On a re-read I think I would have enjoyed more depth into the story and the characters and less of the sexy-times. Which is not to say they weren't extremely steamy :)

This was a good book, the only thing that I didn't like so much was the super strong language...I will read just about anything, this one was right on the edge. Still a good read though!

It was okay. It wasn't great or anything but still pretty.
