A simple story (was slightly on the boring side) with loveable characters. Mrs. Jeffries is such a thoughtful, kind-hearted, and encouraging woman. She takes well care of everyone around her. The pacing was even slower in this book compared to the previous ones. I suspected the murderer from the beginning and figured out his method before the last few chapters.

Third in the series and an enjoyable look into the mind of Mrs Jeffries and her relationships with her partners in crime-solving. The interaction with spiritualism and the growing relationship between two of the characters were fun aspects of this book.
