I couldn’t put this down. A great start to what I expect to be a fun series. We meet Hailey a mid 30s woman who just lost her Aunt Tona. She inherited all of her aunts assets from her coffee shop in a little town in Texas as well as a snarky sassy cat, or so she thought.
A fast paced, fun and exciting cozy mystery that ended all to quickly for me that I moved to the next in the series right away.

There was a lot going on in this book. A feud, a death, a new owner of a shop, magical dragons and their coveny witches. With everything going on I still felt that the story line was bare. They were setting up a new series though so maybe I will give another book a chance and see if it gets better.

Definitely skimmed through the second half. I received an arc of this book. I like the premise, but it needed to be fleshed out a bit more.
