my first self-improvement book and it was eye-opening. I realized our past present and future are aligned. there are some chapters that i want to start applying in my daily life.
the book gave me a perspective on how self improve other than the urge from yourself to improve, but at the same time need others (such as family, closest friends, and maybe a famous person that you can look up to) to support those improvement.
the chapter that i relate the most or in this book the author called “station” is on the 31st station about touch, this station explained the importance of physical touch or contact with the ones you love and i feel like i have to improve on that. just like the book said, maybe the reason you don’t like to be touched is because when you were a kid a lot of people pinch your cheek and honestly you didn’t like it, i felt that way when i was a kid and i guess that’s the reason i don’t like physical touch.
But the station opened my eyes and heart to improve the lack of “touch” i give or let people (family and closest friends) touch me in a loving way.
i haven’t found my ikigai yet after reading this book, but i know i’m already on the train to find my ikigai!!

This is by far the best self help book I ever read. With reference to the writers' journey, this book offers useful strategies for accomplishing your life objectives without complicating it.
What makes this self-help book superior to others? It does so without overloading you with radical or impractical ideas, but rather with genuine excitement and guidance on what to do next. 10/10 read fr.
