Good book—and I understand this book left a deep mark for a different generation. But I’m not sure it’s a book for me. I feel like this is a tale of caution, and while part of me says, “duh!”—I can’t help but relate to Gatsby and his toxic obsessions. So I guess that’s my biggest takeaway.

We share the INTJ personality type, and I wanted to be let into his brain a little more to figure out what we share.

Now, onto watching the movie to dive into his brain just a bit more.

Joa
Is ok

I was reading this for school but it was on my list wayyy before then and I’m so happy I read and enjoyed it. It’s a little bit more difficult to read because it’s a classic obviously but I loved the book and the message behind it. When I read chapter 8 I got chills at the end when I found out what happened to Gatsby. He didn’t deserve that. Justice for Gatsby.
