This book was very tell don't show

basically all the characters were unlikeable, the main characters especially so. the relationships were also exhausting to read.

the mystery was intriguing up to the conclusion, which seemed to be coming out of nowhere sort of.

It wasn’t terrible…. But it honestly wasn’t good either. There was so much potential for greatness with the setting and the themes but it fell flat. I would not read again.
