This was wonderfully cute and emotional. I enjoyed this volume more than the previous one as we gained a deeper insight into Miyamura’s backstory. I adore Miyamura soooo much and I was definitely more connected to him. Hori-san is still super cute and juggling her very different school and home life and Souta is SO cute!

A lovely slice of life manga that I recommend to lovers of Ichigo Takano’s work!

OMG, I want to know more about Miyamura’s past and why he get like this gloomy and stuff marked from his so called friends. And Hori anxiety because she always the one relied on quite understandable as a first born but she sure get it hard. Oh Souta, the little matchmaker 😂😂

Really good! I love these tw0 main characters, and their friends. This story is refreshingly normal, and I really enjoy that. 100% recommended. 4 stars.

Ay Mitamura chiquito me da tanta tristeza que haya sido malinterpretado.
Por otro lado me alegra que realmente se sienta en confianza con su nuevo grupo de amigos.

I really enjoy this series. It's a sweet school/slice-of-life novel that's also a slow friendship-to-romance story. I like both of the main characters and find them sympathetic and believable. While Hori seems like the perfect student and well-liked, if not super popular, girl, she has very realistic insecurities that show themselves in her people-pleasing and perfectionist behavior. On the other hand Miyamura knows who he is (and odd, introspective guy who likes his piercings and tattoos and wants to take over his family's cake shop), but he feels uncomfortable being that person in high school, especially a Japanese high school that has strict standards for conformity.
