This book is the first book to ever truly terrify me. I had tears in my eyes closing the last pages. I feel like the characters became my friends. Fantastic read.

I really wanted to love this book. It’s an interesting format, a fun character, but the story felt a little drawn out and underdeveloped.

dolores claiborne is one of the few books i have cried whilst reading, and in my opinion is an example of stephen king’s more complex and well-written female characters. dolores claiborne may be my favourite stephen king character! i could rant about dolores for centuries, you will definitely align with her, especially if you are a mother.
