Author spent too much time  complaining about past relationships, touting misogynistic viewpoints, and talking about jizz. This seemed more about overcompensating for his past than anything else. The first book I've ever DNF'd.

Despite the title I feel like fuck was used too much. It kind of felt like he was trying to fill out the pages. It’s also hard to read this book as a woman because there’s always some allusion to touching one inappropriately. Solid advice but it’s very clear that the author only had men in mind

There weren't many new things, the writing style also did not fit my taste. There was one good quote in it though....

I don't know how to rate self-help books, so I'm going to skip the stars.

It's quite good, much better than I'd expect from books of this genre. It's a really simple message of self-responsibility, respect, and managing the aspects of life you care about. Frankly, it's a really great, eye-opening book for a specific audience. I won't say anything in it is novel. But it does take aspects of various ancient philosophy and makes it approachable for a modern audience. A quick read and highly impactful in its messaging.

Recommend, even for people skeptical of self-help stuff. The author is/was(?) a self-help PUA type of person, so the content is suburban white dude coded -- very much hit or miss for readers.

Some very tiny nuggets of wisdom among hours of broscience bullshit, transphobia, and sexism.

This book is so man. (I mean that as an insult)

Forced myself to finished it. Took me months to read. Author is lowkey sexist and full of himself. The amount of times he mentions all the women he’s had sex with is absurd. Also some weird transphobic (man in tights) and homophobic comments (dreaming about your friend and you in a hot tub with the comment of that being weird)

I can understand how men would eat this shit up and not realise the disappointment this book is. It is also wayyyy too long. Also it is evident the author gives very many fucks about appealing to his heavily male audience.

It’s telling you a lot of things you already know with a couple nice phrases here and there.

If you’re easily offended by anything, I think you should read a different book. This read is bold, direct and uses language most people nowadays can’t handle. If you have a bit of distance to yourself and are open minded enough to read something that you might find uncomfortable, you’ll find an excellent book that makes you think and lets you see a different perspective on some things.
I do not agree with everything that’s written in this book. There are certain things I really was surprised by. Still, it’s probably one of the best books I’ve ever read in this category and I wish I’ve read it earlier in my life.

The idea wasnt too Bad but He is just explaining the same thing over and over again. You could literally write the same thing in 1 Page and It would Contain the exact same Information. Besides, the author makes sexist comments anywhere possible and also Sees himself as the greatest man on earth. This book is honestly just garbage
