5/5 this book was the definition for me of “the right book at the right time”. I needed it. I don’t think that is revolutionary, but it spoke to my soul (relevant is the fact that I listened to the audiobook). Nothing to say, highly recommend it if you need a little push to live your life at the fullest

Mark Manson really challenges the reader by bringing uncomfortable topics and various thoughts to the light. This book is brutally honest and jarring at times. However, it obvious how much thought was put into every word. Even if you dont agree, he is brilliant.
